Lawmaker to face penalty - confidentially - for sexual harassment

Colorado Rep. Wes McKinley has been ordered to complete private sexual harassment classes after an investigation concluded that the well-known Walsh lawmaker made unwanted sexual advances toward a female lobbyist and “created an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment,” according to a confidential letter from House leadership.

NRCS approves Neegronda Irrigation Project in Southeast Colorado

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Colorado has announced its approval of the Neegronda Irrigation Project, which is located in Bent and Prowers counties in southeast Colorado. The primary objective of this project is to address water quality and water quantity concerns related to irrigation water concerns within the project area.

Twins Glynn and Brian Treadwell, from Carrollton, GA are walking to California. Glynn said he felt in his heart that he was to take his Bible and walk across the country. He was 17 at the time. He and his brother talked about it, put it off and finally after nine years, they decided to not only "walk the walk, but talk the talk."

Webb comes to Fowler from the Denver Metro Area. He has been employed by the Morrison Police Department since January of this year. Before that he was with the Mountain View Police Department for 17 years. While being employed with the Mountain View Police Department he came up through the ranks and left Mountain View as the rank of Lieutenant. Webb also spent 10 years of his life with the Denver Police Department as a Reserve officer.
