Lamar Community College will host its annual Career Fair from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31 in the LCC Wellness Center Gym. Community members are encouraged to attend to explore career options. The College will have a booth for those who are interested in moving from career “exploration” to training options available at the college.
40 businesses and organizations, including representatives from occupations in healthcare, government services, skilled trades, communications, and finance will attend the Career Fair. The event is open to all community members as well as high school and LCC students.
LCC staff and faculty members will present additional career-related information in breakout sessions throughout the day. There are two topics per breakout; they include:
