Celebrations are in order for many Trojan athletes this season. The following Trojan football players were named All-Conference: Jeffrey Gonzales, Harley Tenorio and Sheridan Howe. These athletes stepped up for the Trojans this season both offensively and defensively.

According to VarVee – the CHSAA sanctioned online statistic database updated by coaches – Gonzales logged 963 yards in the air, 122 on the ground, and 234 receiving for the Trojans this season. Tenorio totaled 82.5 tackles in the Trojan campaign, and Howe passed for 353 yards, ran for 234, and received 254 yards.

The following athletes were named Honorable Mention for the Trojan Football squad: Jake Six, Hector Cortez, Joey Y’barra, and Cody Beauchamp. Six was named for his offensive prowess while Cortez, Y’Barra, and Beauchamp were named for their defensive presence.

The celebrations didn’t stop with football. The Lady Trojan Volleyball team named several to All-Conference and Honorable Mention as well.

Honorable mention honors went to Alexandria Alvidrez, Savannah Bewley, and Melissa Simmons. Successful seasons for both Trojan squads as both have athletes they can be proud of. With only one senior mentioned in these honors, we as fans are looking forward to great achievements next season. GO TROJANS!
