Gardener's Journal: U.S. National Arboretum makes cutbacks
Several weeks ago, I learned that the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington, D.C., will be de-accessioning some of their plant collections starting later this year. Some collections will no longer be available to the public and many plants will be destroyed.
