Our Christmas display this year will involve the community with nativity scenes. If you have one to share and display, we are collecting from now until Nov. 19. We are also planning a fun Christmas event on Saturday, Dec. 13 to kick off our nativity exhibit – chili supper, pictures with Santa, hayrides and a blacksmith demonstration. Stay tuned!
Our museum is open from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children above six years. Free access to the Old Trail Gallery if you just want to shop. We have many new items for sale, including Christmas items, and we appreciate your shopping locally for your gifting needs.
Listen to KRKV 107.3 Las Animas on LA Live Mondays at 6:30 a.m. or at their studio in the Chamber of Commerce Office at 702 Grove Avenue to hear the latest local news of the museum and community events. Broadcast is repeated at noon on Mondays. Check out theavbridge.com website for updates and local community events.
Spoken history recordings continue. If you have a story to tell us, please call for an interview.
