Las Animas School District HECTOR of the Week award winners are, fro. left: Junior high — Dallus Purcell. Dallus has shown a lot of maturity and takes responsibility for his actions in a positive way. He works hard in class. He is very coachable and respectful with his teachers. He helps his peers whenever he can. He is always punctual by being to school early. Dallus has shown HECTOR all over Las Animas Junior High. High school — Tony Maldonado. He has been super positive about starting a new school and eager to make friends. Tony has a wonderful sense of humor and already demonstrates all the wonderful qualities of HECTOR.
