Janette Ruth Ramsey Garber was born to Donald Allen Ramsey and Helen Louise Ramsey on July 5, 1955, in La Junta, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ramsey. She is survived by her mother, Helen Ramsey of Las Animas, Colorado; her husband, Charles Garber, of Harrah, Oklahoma; her daughters and son-in-law Candice Garber of Harrah, Oklahoma; Cassandra and Jason Wise of Harrah, Oklahoma; CharLee Garber of Harrah, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Brett Venezio, Kaitlyn Garber, Hunter Wise, Joey Garber and Dakota Dickens; her brothers Eugene Ramsey and Galen and Cheryl Ramsey and many more family and friends that loved her dearly.

Janette graduated from Las Animas High School, went on to marry the love of her life, Charles Robert Garber, on May 25, 1974, and started their family. She later went on to obtain her nursing license and worked as an LPN for over 30 years. She worked in many different fields of nursing and was loved by many patients and co-workers.

She has a love for cats, and she loved her dogs. She loved everyone she encountered and was very proud of her daughters and grandchildren. She loved telling stories about her family. One of the things she loved the most was to make people laugh.
