Your guide to Great Plates in Old Town Fort Collins: 39 restaurants, dozens of deals

Old Town Fort Collins restaurants are gearing up for greatness next month.

Great Plates, an annual two-week meal deal promotion that draws diners to Old Town  and benefits the Food Bank for Larimer County in the process will kick off March 1 and run through March 14.

During that time, diners can pick from dozens of $25 meal specials at 36 Old Town eateries and enjoy $2.50 sweet treats at a trio of ice cream shops. The $25 deals do not include tax or a server tip. Hours of the promotion are from 5 p.m. to close of the respective eateries unless otherwise noted below.

After enjoying a Great Plates deal, diners are then given the option to leave a donation for the food bank, which says it has received more than $750,000 in donations from the promotion over the past 15 years.

With the ongoing COVID-pandemic, participating establishments will get to determine how they want to offer their Great Plates specials — whether that includes a focus on indoor or outdoor dining or to-go or curbside pickup orders, Vanessa Kroeger of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority told the Coloradoan last month.

Since announcing last month that Great Plates will continue this year, the promotion added nine additional restaurants to its 2021 ranks.
