Las Animas FBLA to have virtual competition in district and state

The seven Las Animas High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) members will participate in this year's virtual district-level and Colorado State Leadership Conference competitions.

This year's members include Kacey Miller competing in business law, Markus Vigil competing in marketing, Alex Torres competing in computer problem solving, Rayelynn Landry in business ethics, Grace Gardner in intro to public speaking, Arianna Salazar in organizational leadership, and Tru Talmage in computer problem solving.

The Las Animas FBLA sponsor is Andrea Schultz.

The district competition is happening now until Wednesday. The top three in each category will qualify for the state competition.

The FBLA State Leadership Council takes place April 18-20.
